Akashic Records Readings: Exploring Your Soul's History

Have you ever felt drawn to a place you have never been? Carried a fear that makes no sense in this lifetime? Met someone and felt you already knew them?

These moments can be invitations to look deeper, beyond this life, into the story of your soul. That is what an Akashic records reading is for.

What are the Akashic records?

The Akashic records are often described as a spiritual library holding the memory of every soul: its experiences, choices, lessons and gifts across lifetimes. Many traditions speak of this field of memory in their own language.

You do not have to believe in past lives to benefit from this work. What matters is what comes forward and how it helps you understand the patterns you are living now.

How I work with the Akashic records through ThetaHealing

I have been certified in ThetaHealing since 2005. In ThetaHealing, we understand that beliefs live on different levels: the core level of this life, the genetic level passed through our families, the history level that holds past life and ancestral memory, and the soul level.

That history level is where Akashic work lives. In a reading, I enter a deep, prayerful theta state and connect with your soul's history. I share what I receive, and I also guide you to tap in for yourself, so the information is not only something I tell you. It is something you feel and recognize.

Together we look at:

• Patterns that started before this life, such as fears, vows or loyalties you are still carrying.
• Soul gifts you may have forgotten you have.
• Soul connections with the people closest to you.
• What your soul came here to learn, and how today's challenges fit that path.

When an old belief or vow comes forward that no longer serves you, we can use ThetaHealing to release it and replace it with something true for you now.

Akashic records and past lives

Many people come to an Akashic reading curious about past lives. Past life memory can explain a lot: why a certain fear runs so deep, why a relationship feels so familiar, why a talent comes so naturally.

The purpose is not to get lost in the past. It is to free you in the present. When you understand where a pattern began, it often loosens its hold.

What a session is like

Each session opens with centering and prayer, so you can arrive in your body and feel safe. You can bring a question, such as a relationship, a repeating pattern or a sense of purpose, or simply come open to what wants to be seen.

I guide you gently through what comes forward, and we close by integrating what you received and naming your next steps. Many people leave with a sense of relief, peace, or simply, "That makes so much sense."

Sessions are one hour, held by phone, so you can join from the comfort of your own home. A one-hour Akashic records session is $200.

Is an Akashic reading right for you?

It may be a good fit if you:

• Feel a pattern in your life is older than this lifetime.
• Are curious about past lives or soul connections.
• Want clarity on your purpose or a big decision.
• Have done a lot of inner work and sense there is a deeper layer.

What else do people ask?

What are the Akashic records?
They are often described as a spiritual record of your soul's journey across lifetimes: its experiences, lessons and gifts. In a reading, we connect with that record to understand patterns you are living now.

Can I access my own Akashic records?
Yes. Part of how I work is guiding you to tap in for yourself, so you can feel and recognize what comes forward, not only hear it from me.

Is this the same as past life regression?
Not exactly. Past life regression is usually done through hypnosis. An Akashic reading with me is an intuitive, prayerful process through ThetaHealing, where we explore your soul's history together while you stay present and aware.

Can I have an Akashic reading from anywhere?
Yes. All Akashic sessions are held by phone, so you can join from anywhere. I am based in Santa Rosa, California.

How long is a session, and what does it cost?
A session is one hour and costs $200.

Is this a replacement for medical or mental health care?
No. Akashic readings are a spiritual practice, not a medical or psychological treatment. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, please reach out to a licensed professional.
