This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers dawnlightamora.com and the forms, bookings, and purchases made through it.
Spark Your Inner Gold LLC is referred to below as “we,” “us,” or “our.” If you have a question about anything here, email [email protected].
Information you give us
When you fill in a form, book a call, join a waitlist, download a free resource, or buy something, you may give us:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
- Your answers to intake and application questions, which may include personal reflections on your life circumstances, relationships, and what you want support with
- Billing details, when you make a purchase
About intake answers. Some of our coaching application forms ask reflective questions about your life and what you are working through. Your answers are read by Dawn Light Amora for the purpose of preparing to work with you. They are stored in our customer records on Kajabi. They are not published, sold, or shared for marketing.
Coaching is not therapy or medical care, and we are not a healthcare provider. What you share with us is not protected health information under HIPAA.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, certain information is collected without you entering it:
- Your IP address, browser, device type, and approximate location
- Which pages you visit, how long you stay, and which links you click
- Where you arrived from, such as a search engine or a social media link
- Recordings of how you move through pages, including scrolling, clicks, and mouse movement
That last item comes from Microsoft Clarity, described below. It records site interactions, not your keystrokes in form fields.
The services we use
This site is not built or hosted by us alone. These third parties receive some of your information as part of how the site works:
- Kajabi hosts the website, forms, emails, courses, and checkout. It receives everything you submit through a form or purchase.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tell us how many people visit and which pages they read. They receive site usage data, your IP address, and device information.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel measures whether our Facebook and Instagram content brings people here, and allows advertising to be shown to similar audiences. It receives site visit data, linked to your Meta account where one exists.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us how people navigate pages so we can fix confusing layouts. It receives session recordings and heatmaps of site interaction.
- Wistia plays our videos and records which videos you watch and for how long.
- Payment processors handle card payments through Kajabi checkout. They receive your billing and card details, which we never see or store ourselves.
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy governing what they do with what they collect.
How we use your information
- To deliver what you asked for: a free resource, a booked call, a course, a session
- To reply to you
- To send you emails about our work, events, and offers, when you have opted in
- To send you text messages, only if you have separately opted in to those
- To understand which pages and offers are working, so the site gets better
- To meet legal and tax obligations
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, here is what that means.
- You will receive occasional messages from Spark Your Inner Gold LLC about live events, offers, and updates.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Providing your phone number is optional. Declining does not prevent you from working with us or receiving email.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts on our behalf.
If you opt in, we send emails about our work, events, and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. If you have bought something from us, we may still send you messages about that purchase.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for the services listed above. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them may stop parts of the site working properly.
Your browser may offer a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Where our tools support it, we honour it.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it only with the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf in order to run the site, send our messages, and take payments. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
Your choices
You can, at any time:
- Unsubscribe from email using the link at the bottom of any message
- Stop texts by replying STOP
- Ask what we hold about you, by email
- Ask us to correct it, if something is wrong
- Ask us to delete it, and we will unless we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons
Email [email protected] for any of these. We will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the rights above and the right to know what categories of information we collect and disclose. The sections above describe those categories.
How long we keep information
We keep customer and contact records for as long as you remain a contact, and afterwards where we need to for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. If you ask us to delete your information, we do so except where we are legally required to retain it.
Security
We use reputable providers who maintain their own security practices, and we limit who can access your information. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not.
Children
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, the effective date at the top changes. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
