What is a spiritual relationship coach?

A spiritual relationship coach helps you look beneath the surface of your relationships to the beliefs, old hurts and core patterning that shape who you choose and how you love.

Dating advice can tell you what to text or what to wear. Spiritual relationship coaching asks a deeper question: What part of you is choosing this, and what does it need?

I am a Spiritual Life Coach and Spiritual Psychology Coach in Santa Rosa. I work with women and men one to one, and with couples, in person and online.

Healing after divorce

Divorce can feel like a failure. It can also be a completion.

When a marriage ends, so much ends with it: the future you pictured, the routines you shared, sometimes the version of yourself you were inside that relationship. Grief is natural. So is relief. Often they arrive together.

In our work, we make room for all of it. We gently look at what the marriage taught you, what you gave away to keep it going, and what you are ready to reclaim. We meet the younger parts of you that felt abandoned, unseen or not enough, with compassion instead of judgment.

The goal is not to rush you into "moving on." It is to help you complete this chapter fully, so you don't carry it into the next one.

Dating again, from a whole place

Dating after a long relationship, or after a hard one, can bring up everything at once. Excitement. Fear. Old doubts about whether you are lovable.

Many of us date from a hungry place, hoping someone will finally make us feel safe or chosen. Spiritual relationship coaching helps you date from a whole place instead. When you know your worth from the inside, you can see people more clearly, notice red flags sooner, and say yes to what truly fits.

We work on:

• Knowing what you actually want, not only what you are used to.
• Trusting yourself again, especially if you feel you "missed the signs" before.
• Staying open-hearted without abandoning yourself to keep someone close.
• Letting your nervous system settle, so a slow reply doesn't send you into panic.

Why do I keep repeating the same relationship pattern?

Most relationship patterns begin long before your first relationship. As children, we learn what love looks like by watching and adapting. If love felt unpredictable, we may be drawn to people who keep us guessing. If we had to earn love by being good, we may over-give and then feel resentful.

These patterns made sense once. They helped you survive. But they are not who you are.

In a session, we find the pattern, go to the root of where it began, and integrate a new way of being. As the old belief heals, you often notice you are drawn to different people, or that you show up differently with the same people.
