Terms of Service

Spark Your Inner Gold LLC

These terms apply when you use dawnlightamora.com, book a session, buy a package or digital product, or take part in a ceremony, event or retreat with us.

By booking, purchasing, or using this site, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not book or purchase.

Spark Your Inner Gold LLC is referred to below as “we,” “us,” or “our.” Questions go to [email protected].

What coaching is, and what it is not

This is the most important section here. Please read it.

Spiritual life coaching is a supportive, forward-looking working relationship. It is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical care, or any kind of healthcare. We are not acting as a licensed mental health professional, physician, nurse, dietitian, or financial or legal advisor, and nothing offered here is a substitute for those services.

Specifically:

  • We do not diagnose or treat any medical, psychiatric, or psychological condition.
  • We do not prescribe, and we do not advise you to start, stop, or change any medication or medical treatment. Those decisions belong between you and your licensed provider.
  • Tarot, ThetaHealing, energy work, ceremony and related practices are offered for reflection, insight and personal exploration. They are not medical or psychological treatment and no particular outcome is claimed for them.
  • Nothing said in a session is medical, legal, or financial advice.

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and wellbeing. Coaching may raise difficult material. If at any point you need clinical care, we may suggest you seek it, and you are free to do so at any time.

In an emergency, do not contact us. If you are in crisis or someone’s safety is at risk, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. In the United States you can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

No guaranteed results

We bring care, attention, and experience to this work. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, income, healing, or life change. What you get out of this work depends heavily on what you bring to it, and on circumstances outside anyone’s control.

Any stories, testimonials, or client results shared on this site are individual experiences. They are not a promise of what will happen for you.

Who can book

You must be 18 or older to book a session, purchase a product, or take part in an event.

Sessions, packages and pricing

We offer individual sessions, multi-month coaching packages, digital courses and workbooks, ceremonies including Appreciation Circles, and group and corporate events. Current pricing is shown on the relevant page of this site at the time you book.

Your first soul aligned call is complimentary. There is no obligation attached to it.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancel or reschedule with 48 or more hours’ notice and we will move your session, no charge.
  • With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, the session is counted as used.
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will give you as much notice as we can and will always reschedule at no cost to you, or refund that session if you prefer.

We understand emergencies happen. Tell us what is going on and we will use our judgment.

Payment, packages and payment plans

Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed.

If you are on a payment plan, you are committing to the full package price. The plan is a way of spreading that cost, not a subscription you can stop. If payments stop, the remaining balance remains due and we may pause sessions until the account is current.

If you need to stop because of a major life occurrence — serious illness, an act of God, or other significant and unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from continuing — you agree to continue payment for two additional months after giving notice. This gives us time to fill your coaching place. It is a limited adjustment rather than a cancellation, and it reflects the spirit of fairness in our agreement.

Payments are processed by third-party processors through Kajabi checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds

Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable. If you decide to stop partway through a package, the money already paid is not refunded. Sessions you have already paid for remain available to you until two months after your package end date. Fees are not refundable for sessions left unused.

Digital products are non-refundable. Courses, workbooks, recordings, and other digital materials cannot be returned once purchased, because access is granted immediately.

If something has genuinely gone wrong on our side, email us. We would rather hear from you than have you sit with it.

If we become unable to continue providing services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to support your transition with referrals and resources.

Where the interruption is temporary, your remaining sessions are held for you and will be honored when we resume, for up to twelve months.

Where we are unable to resume at all, you will receive a refund for the sessions not yet delivered.

Events, ceremonies and retreats

Events, Appreciation Circles, retreats and corporate bookings may carry their own deposit, cancellation and refund terms, set out at the time of booking. Where those terms differ from this page, the terms given to you at booking apply.

Deposits for events secure a date and the preparation that goes into it, and are generally non-refundable.

Digital products and intellectual property

Everything on this site and inside our courses — the writing, recordings, videos, workbooks, exercises, practices and materials — belongs to Spark Your Inner Gold LLC, unless stated otherwise.

When you buy a course or download a resource, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. You may not copy it, share it, resell it, post it publicly, or teach it as your own.

Please do not record sessions, circles, or group calls without asking first.

Confidentiality

What you share with us stays with us. We do not discuss your sessions or share your information with anyone, and we do not use your story or your words in our content without asking you first.

You should know, though, that coaching is not a legally privileged relationship the way communication with a licensed therapist, doctor, or lawyer is. We may have to disclose information where the law requires it, or where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or someone else.

In group settings and ceremonies, we ask every participant to keep what is shared in the room confidential. We cannot guarantee that they will.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts:

  • You will receive occasional messages from Spark Your Inner Gold LLC about live events, offers and updates.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Giving us your phone number is optional and is not a condition of working with us.

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or your text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes.

Email

If you opt in, we send emails about our work, events and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If you have bought something, we may still send you messages relating to that purchase.

Your conduct

We ask that you show up as you would want to be met: with respect for us, for other participants, and for the space. We reserve the right to end a session, remove someone from a group or event, or decline to continue working together, without refund, where behavior is abusive, threatening, or disruptive to others.

We also reserve the right to end a working relationship where we believe coaching is not the right support for what you are facing. If that happens partway through a package, we will refund the unused portion.

Third-party services

This site runs on Kajabi and uses third-party services for scheduling, payments, video and analytics. Their terms and privacy policies govern what they do. See our Privacy Policy for who receives your information and why.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spark Your Inner Gold LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, our services, or our materials. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. The terms in force at the time of your booking or purchase are the ones that apply to it.
