What is a trio process?

You will be  guided through  a specific process to help unlock and heal deep core patterning. Help you see it with new eyes and receive healing. Trio's are done in groups of three.

~ Conscious Art Making for the Alter for you to take home (Attuning to the sacred Deer, the one who walks in grace)

We will take a 1hr break for lunch and all time will be spent in the delicious retreat. Dinner will take place after closing circle. You are welcome to sauna and soak as well.
